Return Policy

Parcel Inspection Upon Return

  • Returned parcels will be opened and inspected in our facility to assess product integrity, leakage, or damage.
  • If the items are damaged or expired due to customs handling, environmental conditions, or delayed return, the cost will be borne by the customer.

Reshipment Conditions

  • Reshipment will only be processed after the customer confirms acceptance of updated shipping charges and provides a valid shipping address.
  • Nemasia Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to decline reshipment in case of repeated customs rejection.

Incorrect Documentation by Customer

  • Any customs rejection caused due to incorrect details provided by the customer (e.g., receiver name, medical use declaration, or import category) will be treated as customer liability.
  • Additional costs for reshipment or return processing will be charged to the customer.

Storage of Returned Parcels

  • Returned parcels will be stored for a maximum of 30 days from the date of receipt.
  • If the customer does not provide instructions within this period, the goods may be disposed of without compensation.

Courier Damage Claims

  • If the parcel is damaged during courier transit, the customer must contact the courier directly.
  • We will assist with documentation if required, but claim approval depends solely on the courier.

Partial Delivery or Lost Items

  • Any missing items within a received shipment must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with video/photo proof.
  • Claims without evidence will not be accepted.

Regulatory Changes

  • Import rules and product restrictions may change without notice due to local laws.
  • The customer is responsible for verifying legal eligibility in their country prior to ordering.

Return-to-Sender Fees

  • If the parcel returns to India due to customs refusal, incorrect address, or failure to collect the parcel, return-to-sender charges (if billed by the courier) must be paid by the customer.

Temperature & Environmental Effects

  • Some products may be sensitive to heat, humidity, or cold.
  • We are not responsible for temperature-related damage during international transit.

No Refund Policy on Consumables

  • Due to health and safety regulations, consumable products (tablets, capsules, creams, liquids) cannot be returned or refunded once dispatched, irrespective of customs rejection or customer refusal.
