SHIPPING POLICY
Address Accuracy:
- The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
- Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details may incur additional reshipping charges.
Tracking Information:
- Tracking IDs will be provided once the parcel has been dispatched from our facility.
- Tracking visibility varies by courier and may take 24–72 hours to update.
Loss or Damage After Dispatch:
- We are not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or damaged after they have been handed over to the courier or shipping service.
- Claims regarding loss or damage must be raised directly with the courier.
Customer Communication:
- The customer must remain reachable for courier communications, customs clearance, or delivery coordination.
- Failure to respond may cause delays or returned shipments.
Return & Non-Delivery:
- If a parcel is returned after failed delivery attempts, shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Reshipping will only occur upon customer request and payment of applicable shipping fees.
Forbidden/Restricted Items:
- Orders containing items restricted or prohibited in the destination country may be seized or destroyed by customs.
- We will not be liable for any losses, delays, or penalties arising from such actions.
Packaging Standards:
- Products are packed as per industry standards to minimize damage during transport.
- Special packaging requests may incur additional charges.
Change of Address After Order:
- Address modifications after order confirmation are not guaranteed.
- If allowed, administrative or courier re-routing fees will apply.
Courier Service Selection:
- We reserve the right to select or change courier partners based on destination, service availability, or operational efficiency.
- Customer preference will be considered when feasible but not guaranteed.
Force Majeure Delays:
- We are not liable for delays caused by natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, political instability, war, or other unforeseeable events beyond our control.
- We will deliver the products within 8 to 10 working days.
